We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead and guide multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who fosters collaboration, drives continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to Agile best practices in a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.

- Identify and remove impediments, proactively resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless sprint execution.

- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, organizational standards, and evolving business requirements.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master.
