We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead and guide multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who fosters collaboration, drives continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to Agile best practices in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments, proactively resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless sprint execution.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog and define clear user stories.
  • Promote continuous improvement by evaluating team performance and implementing Agile best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles, organizational standards, and evolving business requirements.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master.
