Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches (Nexus), and VoIP systems.
- Administer and maintain RightFax enterprise systems.
- Configure and support Cisco IP Phones, CUCM, and Cisco Unity Connection.
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and perform root cause analysis of system failures.
- Work with telecom carriers on system implementations and outages.
- Maintain telecommunications equipment, circuits, and phone systems.
- Lead or support network infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with change management procedures and documentation standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior network staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, advanced routing/switching, and VoIP systems.
- Experience with technologies such as BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, NAT, and SNMP.
- CCNP or CCDP certification
- Experience with RightFax, Cisco Nexus, and enterprise IP telephony systems
- Experience supporting multi-site environments
