This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Senior Presales System Engineer. The role involves designing system solutions, leading technical pre-sales engagements, and ensuring seamless technical requirements gathering. Responsibilities include providing demonstrations, developing proposal materials, troubleshooting, and serving as a key technical resource for clients. The Senior Presales System Engineer will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and clients to drive successful ICT projects.

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering, Systems Design, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for ICT systems
• Experience in System Administration, including managing and optimizing infrastructure tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to liaise between clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are a strong advantage
• Prior experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar roles is preferred
