About the Role

The Regional BD Manager will be responsible for driving user growth and expanding Bitunix’s presence in the CIS market through strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth and expand Bitunix’s presence in the CIS market through strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and relevant partners to accelerate business expansion.
• Manage and strengthen existing partnerships and user communities.
• Collaborate with potential investors and organizations to explore new business opportunities and promote the Bitunix brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, focusing on partnerships, influencer/KOL management, or user acquisition.
• Deep understanding of the CIS crypto market and its key players.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding growth and partnership goals.
• Strong passion for the crypto and blockchain industry.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused professional able to work independently.
• Fluent in English & Russian.
