Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user journeys and visually compelling interfaces across web and mobile platforms. This role requires someone who can think strategically, design creatively, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Translate business goals into intuitive design solutions
• Conduct usability testing and improve based on insights
• Ensure visual and experience consistency across products

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on UI/UX experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating live projects
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of other design tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and responsive layouts
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
