ProArch is hiring a Senior UI UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience to join our Design & Experience team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end visual design of key modules and features, create and maintain scalable design systems, and ensure brand consistency and pixel-perfect execution across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to deliver visually compelling and user-friendly solutions that enhance user experience and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end visual design of assigned modules, features, and experiences
  • Create, evolve, and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Ensure pixel-perfect UI execution, brand consistency, and high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to balance aesthetic impact with usability and performance
  • Lead visual design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement
  • Design for multiple modes and contexts, including light/dark themes
  • Provide guidance on visual design best practices within cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer in product or digital design
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end visual design ownership of features/modules
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
  • Experience in design system creation and maintenance
  • Deep understanding of UI detail, pixel precision, brand identity, and its impact on UX/performance
  • Knowledge of frontend implementation constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions

Good To Have Skills

  • Expertise in motion and interaction design for engaging experiences
  • Experience conducting design thinking workshops or ideation sessions
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
