As a Lead Developer, you’ll be the senior technical authority within your team, setting the standards, influencing architectural decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence across all our digital products. You’ll guide the way your teams work, champion good practice, and bring deep expertise in your specialist area.

Lead Developer (.NET) x3

We’re Looking For Lead Developers With

  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft developer technologies, including modern development frameworks and tooling.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and contemporary cloud architecture patterns.
  • Awareness of alternative cloud approaches and how they compare in different contexts.
  • Significant hands‑on experience with:
    • Modern C# and .NET, including .NET Core / .NET 8+
    • JavaScript frontend frameworks
    • RESTful API development
    • Cloud‑native architectures within Azure
Lead Developer (Dynamics) x1

We’re Looking For Lead Developer With

  • Extensive experience applying robust security, governance and accessibility standards across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring compliance with organisational, industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations between Dynamics, third‑party services, APIs and external data sources.
  • A track record of delivering high‑performing, enterprise‑grade solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

Lead Developer (Dynamics)

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL 400, PL 600, MB 910/920, MB-230). (Desirable)

Working knowledge of a range of Microsoft Azure cloud services. (Desirable)

Lead Developer (.Net)

Microsoft certification or Microsoft professional training. (Desirable)
