Catalyst is partnering with a high performing and rapidly growing global investment firm seeking an HR Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced and dynamic team, as the business is going through an exciting transformation as it scales operations across multiple different entities.


In this role you will take ownership of onboarding and HR inductions, ensuring every new joiner has a smooth and well‑coordinated experience. You will support the administration of payroll and benefits, maintain accurate employee records, and act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries. You will also assist with performance cycle administration, policy updates and wider HR projects as the team strengthens its processes ahead of further international growth. This is a hands‑on role with broad exposure in a lean HR team.


The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in HR within financial services. You must have strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. In this role you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have strong stakeholder management skills. This is a great role for someone in their early career looking to gain more autonomy and exposure across the employee life cycle.
