We are partnered with a leading digital innovation and consulting client who are currently hiring heavily across the UK with a particular focus on current Public Sector projects.

This role will see you assist teams in becoming high‑performing quickly-creating a rhythm of learning and delivery across Discovery & Alpha whilst establishing norms that will scale as the programme grows. You’ll enable pace while protecting collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.

Core responsibilities

• Establish and protect delivery cadence: planning, stand‑ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
• Facilitate Discovery workshops that surface assumptions, align on outcomes, and generate evidence quickly.
• Remove blockers and manage team flow; reduce work‑in‑progress and improve predictability.
• Enable cross‑team collaboration and dependency management as squads scale.
• Build delivery culture: transparency, learning loops, constructive challenge and accountability.

Key skills

• Strong facilitation and coaching in Agile ways of working.
• Practical understanding of Discovery/Alpha delivery and how to manage ambiguity.
• Ability to influence behaviours and build high‑trust, high‑performance teams.
• Confidence working in multi‑supplier environments.
• Comfort with metrics and qualitative signals to drive improvement.
