ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Manager is the driving force behind project health and delivery at Pepper.

They provide a single point of accountability for delivery, resourcing, timelines, and financial oversight across campaigns and internal initiatives. This role ensures that projects run smoothly, teams are aligned, and potential issues are identified early. A master of forward planning, the Project Manager anticipates risks before they become problems - spotting delays, scope creep, or resourcing challenges early and mobilising the right people to solve them quickly. They bring clarity and momentum to delivery, ensuring teams know what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and who is responsible. By strengthening delivery processes and operational visibility, this role will play an important part in supporting Pepper’s continued growth.
