Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to feature development and bug fixes across front-end and back-end codebases under mentor guidance, delivering tested code into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Participate in agile rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to ship prioritized work.
- Write unit and integration tests, help maintain test suites, and support continuous integration workflows.
- Assist in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning; reproduce issues and propose practical fixes for production and staging environments.
- Perform code reviews, follow coding standards, and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Document implementation details, contribute to technical notes, and support deployment and monitoring activities under supervision.

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Right to work in Australia and availability to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
- Ability to commit to a full-time on-site internship (typical 8–12 week placements or as agreed with hiring team).
- Paid internship with structured mentorship and regular technical feedback from experienced engineers.
- Hands-on ownership of meaningful features and exposure to the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with potential pathways to full-time roles with partnering clients.
