About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Senior .NET Developer to join our Product Development team and work across a range of complex, high‑value web application projects. This role is ideal for someone who loves to code, enjoys solving real‑world technical challenges, and wants to contribute to secure, internet‑facing financial applications used by major institutions.

You’ll work closely with a distributed team of technical specialists across Australia and Malaysia, and report directly to a Senior Development Manager. This is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in the financial services domain while working with modern .NET technologies and established engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirement analysis and contribute to system design
• Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications in collaboration with team members, management, clients, and third‑party partners
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical decision‑making
• Participate in demonstrations of system functionality
• Provide technical clarification and effort estimates for development tasks
• Contribute to and help manage automated deployment processes
• Provide technical support for pre‑sales and post‑sales activities
• Assist with user training and documentation when required
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth.

About You

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Significant hands‑on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies
• Current experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.

Technical Proficiency

• Languages: C#, VB
• Frameworks: MVC, ASP.NET, WebAPI, .NET Core
• Database: T‑SQL, stored procedures
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and service‑oriented architectures
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with:
• HTML5, JavaScript (jQuery, AngularJS), CSS (Sass, Bootstrap)
• .Net
• .Net MAUI
• Microsoft Azure
