Great designers know the difference between a screen that works and a product that feels right. This team obsesses over the second. We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS company whose platform is used by organisations across complex, high-risk industries. The product is widely adopted, the roadmap is ambitious, and design sits at the centre of how the platform continues to evolve.

You’ll join a highly regarded Head of Design and an established product design team who care deeply about both UX thinking and UI craft. This is an environment where interface quality matters, ideas are debated openly, and designers have real ownership of the work they ship. This role suits a true product designer who enjoys solving user problems while also sweating the visual details. Someone who cares about hierarchy, spacing, interaction patterns, and creating intuitive digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to design web and mobile experiences across a growing SaaS platform, from early discovery through to high-fidelity UI and developer handover. The team is also exploring emerging AI-enabled design workflows and interface patterns.

What you’ll bring
  • Around 5+ years designing digital products
  • A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and exceptional UI execution
  • Deep familiarity with Figma and modern product design workflows
  • Experience contributing to design systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • An understanding of how designs translate into development
  • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or prototyping workflows will be highly regarded.
