This is a strategic leadership role designed for an innovative marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of product, content, and community engagement. You will define and execute the overall marketing strategy, lead a high-performing team, and represent a cutting-edge technology in AI and blockchain to both technical and developer audiences. The role requires balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight, including product launches, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives, while also building external visibility through content, developer communities, and events. This position offers the opportunity to shape a world-class marketing function in a fast-growing, high-impact environment that values autonomy, experimentation, and high performance.

Accountabilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketing function, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team spanning product marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Execute go-to-market campaigns for technical products, including messaging, positioning, launches, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives for developer and technical audiences.
  • Represent the organization externally at conferences, in developer communities, and through content channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize reach, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Define success metrics and measure performance across all marketing verticals, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, developer relations, or product growth roles, preferably in high-growth technical startups.
  • Proven leadership in hiring, scaling, and mentoring cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams.
  • Deep understanding of developer audiences and technical product marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a track record of launching products and building marketing partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing tools.
  • Preferred: Experience in machine learning, distributed systems, or crypto/blockchain infrastructure, and marketing APIs or open-source platforms.
  • Nice to have: Technical familiarity with Rust, Python, or ML frameworks, and prior experience building a brand in frontier technology spaces.
