What we're looking for
Do you want to build digital products as if they were your own? Are you ready for your next adventure? Explore and build with us digital products that bring a smile to people's faces.
The ideal candidate is responsible for implementing our backends. You independently build APIs in the (mostly Spring Framework) and rely on AI-native engineering. You orchestrate AI agents to automate routine tasks, write automated test cases, and deploy everything via CI/CD pipeline and Docker on our servers.
Responsibilities
- Development of new APIs with Spring & Kotlin
- Development of database solutions with MongoDB
- Orchestration of AI agents for automating code generation and refactoring
- Careful and secure implementation of new features
- Unit Testing & Test Automation
- Documentation in Swagger
- Continuous optimization of the developer experience through AI workflows
- Understanding of good APIs for collaboration with app and web developers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Solid knowledge of Kotlin or Java and the Spring Framework
- Proficient use of AI & coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to increase efficiency
- Ability to critically validate AI-generated architectures and logic
- Comprehensive understanding of common patterns and API standards
- Attention to detail, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for software projects
- Communicative, team-oriented, and open to new technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean)
- Experience with tools like Bruno or Postman
- Experience in integrating LLM interfaces into backend services
- iOS/Android or frontend (Web) experience (React / Next.js)
Salary & Legal
Your salary will depend on your qualifications and experience. In accordance with your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment of the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position. The collective agreement minimum base salary at the entry level is €3,267.00 gross per month (based on 14 times/year).
