Financial services client is looking for an Interim Programme Director – Cost Efficiency & Transformation to drive a high-impact, enterprise-wide programme focused on operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainable cost optimisation.
This is a strategic leadership role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across Business, Finance, HR and Technology, where you will shape and deliver transformation at scale.
- A multi-entity transformation programme delivering measurable cost and productivity improvements
- A portfolio of initiatives spanning location strategy, workforce productivity, process simplification, automation and AI adoption
- Complex organisational, regulatory and technology change with clear ROI and benefits realisation targets
Required
- Bring 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Have driven cost optimisation, operational efficiency or operating model change
- Are comfortable influencing C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Combine strategic thinking with disciplined programme execution
You will be based in Belgium
