Join Keystone Solutions as a full-stack .NET Consultant working on a consultancy mission at our client. You will operate within a bilingual (French/Dutch) environment that applies Agile (Scrum) practices with multidisciplinary teams. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will collaborate closely with our client's stakeholders to design, build, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high-quality, performant, and secure software delivery.
Team and Environment:
As an experienced full-stack .NET developer (frontend and backend), you are responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications. You will work closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master to deliver functionality iteratively and incrementally. You play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of new features. All responsibilities are carried out as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded with the client's teams.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a consultancy position through Keystone Solutions. You will work on-site or in a hybrid mode at the client’s locations as a Keystone Solutions consultant, integrating into their Agile teams while benefiting from Keystone’s coaching, community, and methodology. - The client operates a dynamic IT department with more than 150 professionals.
- The environment is bilingual (French- and Dutch-speaking stakeholders).
- Work is organized in Agile Scrum, with ten multidisciplinary development teams.
- Each team includes approximately ten members, with roles such as Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Developers, Test Analysts, Ops Engineer, and Product Owner.
- Teams comprise both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications using C# and .NET Core. Translate functional analyses into technical analyses and assist the business analyst in validating the technical specifications of applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues: take responsibility for resolving second-level bugs and provide technical support to colleagues.
- Continuous improvement of development processes and software quality: stay up to date with trends and developments in relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Automation and continuous integration by setting up pipelines and unit tests to ensure a stable and functional development, test, and production environment.
- Collaboration with the agile team in a SAFe environment: work closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master to deliver software iteratively and incrementally.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Prepare technical documentation and review documentation produced by junior developers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer.
- 3 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset: committed to ongoing development and learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
