We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance C++ Developer to join a long-term project with our client based in Leuven, Belgium.
This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days on-site in Leuven and 2 days remote per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software components using C++ on Windows platforms
- Work on performance-critical and robust software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, architects, and product stakeholders
- Debug, optimize, and improve existing codebases
- Contribute to software design and technical discussions
Required Skills
- Strong professional experience with C++ development
- Proven experience developing applications on Windows environments
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system design
- Experience working with large or complex codebases
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/on-site team environment
