Since 2018, Proekspert has been collaborating with a leading global heat pump manufacturer. Our team is dedicated to designing and building Cloud solutions that enable efficient control and monitoring of heat pumps. We enhance system performance and set up monitoring tools, providing round-the-clock system control for our client's technicians and end-users. This allows seamless management and optimal user experience at all times.

What is the project about?

Our team is dedicated to designing and building Cloud solutions that enable efficient control and monitoring of heat pumps. We enhance system performance and set up monitoring tools, providing round-the-clock system control for our client's technicians and end-users. This allows seamless management and optimal user experience at all times.
What will you do?
- Perform UX testing and exploratory testing
- Test software features, identify bugs, break solutions to find weaknesses and to ensure high quality and reliability
- Modernize, unify, and improve the usability of existing automated test suites.
- Improve testing processes by automating repetitive testing tasks
- Collaborate with developers to analyze issues and validate fixes
- Create and maintain test plans
- Explore AI agent-driven workflows for testing and quality assurance.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and share workflow discoveries with the team.
- Collaborate closely with the client and act as a key link between the client and the development team.
We’re looking for a team member who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in IT (as a Quality Engineer or Software Engineer).
- Cares about software quality and is interested in finding ways to ensure it.
- Has practical software development experience and motivation to improve the skills.
- Has explored AI-assisted development tools on personal projects and is curious about integrating them into professional workflows.
- Has excellent cooperation and communication skills.
- Is motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
- Has the appetite to learn and work with large and complex systems.
- Has very good written and spoken English and Estonian.
- Has higher education in IT.
