🚀 Hiring: Technology Lead – IBM SevOne NPM
📍 Location: Helsinki, Finland
We are looking for a Technology Lead with strong experience in IBM SevOne NPM to support network performance monitoring, analytics, and operational excellence. If you have expertise in SevOne, Linux, PHP, MySQL, and automation scripting, this could be a great opportunity to work in a high-impact environment.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze network performance using IBM SevOne NPM (SNMP, Flow, Telemetry).
• Perform capacity trending, alert tuning, and performance diagnostics.
• Develop and maintain custom PHP dashboards/portals with MySQL for reporting and visualization.
• Integrate SevOne with NOC and reporting systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support for performance monitoring platforms.
• Support 24×7 operations and on-call rotations.
✅ Required Skills
• Strong experience with IBM SevOne NPM.
• Knowledge of network performance monitoring and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with PHP dashboards and MySQL databases.
• Linux administration skills.
• Experience in operational support environments (L2/L3).
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Understanding of network performance metrics across routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Automation scripting experience (Shell/Python).
• Familiarity with NetFlow, sFlow, or IPFIX technologies.
• Experience with capacity planning and performance reporting automation.
• Ability to create SOPs and runbooks for NOC/operations teams.
