Our team in Tampere is now looking for a Software Engineer to become part of our journey with Evitec Solutions Bonds.
In addition to strong C# and .NET skills, we value experience or understanding of cloud technologies (especially Azure) and DevOps development. Excellent customer experience is one of the cornerstones of our operations, so we expect our experts to have a friendly and proactive approach to their work. A willingness to help and solve problems also defines us as a workplace community. You will be supported in your projects by your own team as well as all other Evitec professionals with diverse backgrounds and work experience. Your role
You will work as a developer in customer projects involving product implementation and development. You are a valued member of a self-directed, versatile team united by a genuine desire to help customers, understand their business, and continuously develop skills—supporting one another with a low threshold for collaboration. You will code and communicate closely with both your team and customers. In long-term customer relationships, you will see the tangible impact and significance of your work on customer success. Your team is mainly based in Tampere, and we hope you will come to the office 1–2 days per week.

We expect
- Strong experience with the following Microsoft tools and technologies C#, .NET, SQL Server
- Experience or understanding of Azure solutions
- Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
- A solution-oriented mindset and ability to learn new things
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in customer-facing roles using React
- Fullstack expertise
- Understanding DevOps practices and experience in Azure DevOps
- Experience in testing and familiarity with testing tools
- Integration expertise
- Experience in utilizing Cursor
