🚀 What you will do :

Supporting 19M users and 130k Daily Active Users (DAU), you will design, develop and maintain global solutions and ecosystems for the mym back-end platform, and become the technical referent of it. In this role, you will:

• Set the technical strategy for the back-end platform and participates in implementing the technical strategy for other areas.
• Define standards, code reviews expectations, architecture patterns, roll-out strategies, etc.
• Lead effective collaboration with workshops with other collaborators and communicates on progress.
• Build talent density by conducting technical appraisal interviews for positions with strong technical expertise.
• Establish, monitor and communicate the platform's operational metrics.
• Take the floor internally and hopefully externally within a technological network.

The Challenge in Numbers:

• Performance: Handling a peak load of 10,000 Requests Per Second (RPS).
• Reliability: Maintaining and evolving a system processing11TB of transactional data (media set excluded).
• Impact: Building features for a global community of 19M users, 130k Daily Active Users (DAU).

👥 Who you will work with :

We focus on feature delivery within our squad organization. A squad is composed of a Product Manager, a Product Designer, a Technical Lead, and Back-end, Front-end, and QA engineers.

Integrated to the squad perimeter, we focus on technical excellence, bringing people together for tech improvements such as CI/CD, DevX (Developer Experience), monitoring, and more.

As the Lead Back-end Engineer, you will:

• Guide the teams in the design and architecture of their deliverables/solutions.
• Partner with the Product Manager to engage with the squad and the stakeholders and define the appropriate technical and product strategy.
• Share technical expertise and technology watch, and upskill technical teams through internal training programs.
• Participate in the Tech Leaders' Community of Practice.
