- You'll own the end-to-end user experience, from discovery and research through to interaction design and high-fidelity UI that brings ideas to life.
- Working alongside Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders, you'll translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
- Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing, turning insights into actionable product improvements.
- You'll facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to embed user insights into strategic discussions across the business.
- You'll leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to refine features, optimise funnels, and continuously improve product metrics.
- Champion iterative product improvement through rapid prototyping, validation, and experimentation that reduces risk and increases product-market fit.
- Help evolve and contribute to scalable design systems and research frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
- You bring proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer working on digital products, with a comprehensive knowledge of the full product design lifecycle.
- You have hands-on experience conducting qualitative research (interviews, usability testing, workshops) and familiarity with quantitative validation (A/B testing, behavioural analysis).
- You're skilled in creating journey maps, service blueprints, and system-thinking frameworks that drive strategic decisions.
- You're familiar with Figma and have experience contributing to scalable design systems that maintain quality across releases.
- You have experience using analytics and experimentation tools to guide and validate design work.
- With a product-thinking mindset, you design for impact, adoption, and measurable growth—balancing user value with business profitability.
- Your excellent communication skills allow you to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders at all levels.
