Your Impact Zone

• Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to capture and validate complex business requirements
• Develop and manage functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications
• Lead product demos for stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business vision
• Create and manage a detailed backlog of user stories; proactively participate in grooming and sprint planning
• Act as the primary bridge for Dev and QA teams to clarify and prioritize requirements on a daily basis
• Perform high-level, pre-release smoke testing to ensure delivered stories meet the "Definition of Ready."
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within Capital Markets or Financial Services
• Requirements Engineering: Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, and backlog grooming
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams (including offshore)
• Agile Ecosystem: Expert-level use of Jira and Confluence
• Self-Sufficient: Capable of driving an initiative from a vague business idea to a concrete functional specification
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to apply systematic analysis to large amounts of unstructured information
• Collaborative: Thrives in international, cross-functional team environments

Compensation

Latvia: 2,500 - 3,800 EUR Monthly Gross
