HR Analyst(People and Culture team)

Omniva connects people, businesses, and communities across the Baltics and beyond. We’ve grown from Estonia’s trusted postal service into a modern, technology-driven logistics company supporting the growth of e-commerce and global trade.

Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.

At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.

About The Role

We’re looking for a HR Analyst to join our Baltic People & Culture team.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of People data, analytics, and automation. You will own the development of our People data foundations, build meaningful reports and insights, and drive automation initiatives that modernise how our People team operates.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a builder mindset - someone who enjoys structuring data, automating processes, and turning complexity into scalable, practical solutions.

This is an opportunity to be part of Omniva’s transformation, helping shape the future of logistics and technology across the Baltics and beyond.

What You’ll Do

You will own and continuously develop our People data landscape across the Baltics.

Including:

  • Ensure clear metric definitions and transparent data sources.
  • Build and maintain a structured, reliable People analytics framework.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar).
  • Deliver core HR metrics and advanced analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  • Support People Partners and leaders with timely, fact-based analysis.

You will also help modernize and streamline how our People & Culture team operates by:

  • Identifying manual, repetitive People processes and reporting tasks.
  • Designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Support automation of People processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Digitalisation & AI Enablement - Experimenting with low-code / no-code and AI-assisted tools to build practical solutions for People & Culture.
  • Designing and implementing scalable automation where needed by partnering with Engineers.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities “build instead of manually manage.”
  • Building scalable solutions that reduce administrative burden.

What You Bring

  • Curious about emerging tools that can improve People processes and analytics.
  • Experience in People analytics, HR analytics, or data analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills (data structuring, validation, modelling).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Understanding of HR metrics and employee lifecycle data.
  • Experience with automation, workflow tools, or process optimisation.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll) is an advantage.
  • Experience with (or strong interest in learning) low-code / no-code tools,

workflow automation platforms, scripting, or AI-assisted development.

  • Comfortable to design and build new solutions for efficiency.
  • Builder mindset - motivated to create practical tools rather than rely solely

on manual processes.

Mindset & Personal Qualities

  • Strong sense of ownership - you take responsibility and see things

through.

  • Self-driven and independent - comfortable managing your priorities while

knowing when to ask for input.

  • Proactive and improvement oriented. You naturally look for better, simpler

ways of working.

  • Calm and balanced in your approach - you rely on facts and stay

constructive.

  • Thoughtful communicator - you explain data clearly and listen openly to

different perspectives.

  • Supportive team member - you collaborate well, build trust, and

contribute positively to the team dynamic.

  • Reliable and consistent - colleagues can count on you.
  • Curious and open to learning - you welcome feedback and continuously

grow your expertise.

  • Comfortable working in evolving environments where not everything is

fully defined yet.
