About The Role
We’re looking for a HR Analyst to join our Baltic People & Culture team.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of People data, analytics, and automation. You will own the development of our People data foundations, build meaningful reports and insights, and drive automation initiatives that modernise how our People team operates.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a builder mindset - someone who enjoys structuring data, automating processes, and turning complexity into scalable, practical solutions.

What You’ll Do
You will own and continuously develop our People data landscape across the Baltics.
Including:
- Ensure clear metric definitions and transparent data sources.
- Build and maintain a structured, reliable People analytics framework.
- Improve data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar).
- Deliver core HR metrics and advanced analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Support People Partners and leaders with timely, fact-based analysis.
- Identifying manual, repetitive People processes and reporting tasks.
- Designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Support automation of People processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Digitalisation & AI Enablement - Experimenting with low-code / no-code and AI-assisted tools to build practical solutions for People & Culture.
- Designing and implementing scalable automation where needed by partnering with Engineers.
- Proactively identifying opportunities “build instead of manually manage.”
- Building scalable solutions that reduce administrative burden.
- Curious about emerging tools that can improve People processes and analytics.
- Experience in People analytics, HR analytics, or data analysis.
- Strong Excel skills (data structuring, validation, modelling).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Understanding of HR metrics and employee lifecycle data.
- Experience with automation, workflow tools, or process optimisation.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll) is an advantage.
- Experience with (or strong interest in learning) low-code / no-code tools,
- Comfortable to design and build new solutions for efficiency.

For this position, the gross monthly salary range is 2300-2600 EUR, depending on your experience and qualifications.
