European Humanities University is seeking a Mobile Development (Android) Lecturer to join our international academic community in Vilnius. We welcome experienced Android developers who are passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of IT professionals.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses related to Mobile Development (Android) within the Informatics program.
- Deliver lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students.
- Prepare and update course materials reflecting current Android development practices and tools.
- Evaluate student assignments and projects.
- Support students in developing practical programming and software development skills.
Qualifications
- At least a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Informatics Engineering.
- A Bachelor’s degree may be considered with 7+ years of professional experience in IT or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching or delivering practical training (at universities or other educational institutions) is preferred.
- Excellent English skills (the primary language of instruction).
What we offer
- Hourly Rate: €40–€45 / hour (based on qualifications; higher rates available for candidates with a PhD).
- Location: Teaching is conducted in Vilnius and/or via "live" remote sessions.
