What You’ll Do
- Build and own the product roadmap, maintain the project backlog, and manage priorities for the team.
- Define, scope, and prioritize product requirements aligned with business goals..
- Identify new product opportunities and features, and pitch them to stakeholders.
- Lead a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure successful launches and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in Product or Project Management.
- Proven experience working with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Technical background or familiarity with software development.
- High numerical literacy and data-driven mindset.
- Strong specification and documentation writing skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
