As an intern, you will support the Client Value Issuer CSD team, the Issuer Services & New Digital Markets area, in their responsibility of strategic prioritization and planning of Deutsche Borse's next-generation digital post-trade platform D7. You will have the great chance to experience the advancement of stock exchange business and gain valuable working experience in an innovative company. Innovation is the key driver in our team: working on the digitalization of financial products. We are working on the development and implementation of the DLT /Blockchain strategy in the post-trade area. This includes the identification and evaluation of potential new business areas and market offerings the close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and technology providers as well as product development in close alignment with our customers. You will be part of an international and highly motivated team, with colleagues working in Luxemburg and Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main). Your areas of responsibilities will, amongst others, comprise tasks in project management and strategic planning. Your responsibilities:


  • Support the Scope Manager in end-to-end project management across the business segments initiatives
  • Support the roadmap prioritization based on business rational evaluations in collaboration with the Product Management leads
  • Assist in maintaining and further developing the Scope Management Framework
  • Assist competition analysis of D7 products amongst all three CSDs CBL, CBF and LuxCSD


Your profile:


  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
  • You are interested in financial services, well-structured thinking and good in analytical skills
  • You have the ability to work independently with attention to details and as part of a team in an international environment
  • In addition, are focused on delivery and getting things done, with good organizational talent and communication skills
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Moreover, you are proficient in written and spoken English as well as German
