Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Scrum Master to join our journey.


  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives to support the team’s Agile delivery cycle.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and technical team to support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of user stories and priorities.
  • Identify obstacles impacting the team’s progress and take actions to help resolve them efficiently.
  • Track team progress and delivery performance using Agile indicators such as sprint objectives, velocity and issue logs.
  • Maintain effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other platform teams to ensure proper alignment and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Organize and lead workshops to clarify functional needs, priorities and interdependencies.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment and promote Agile values within the team.
  • Support continuous improvement of team practices, delivery processes and internal communication.
  • Contribute to maintaining good practices related to documentation, quality standards and platform consistency.


How do we imagine our future Scrum Master?


  • Demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile software delivery teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise digital platforms or workflow solutions, ideally in governance, risk or compliance-related environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with Agile tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to guide discussions, manage conflicts and maintain constructive team interactions.
  • Strong analytical thinking with good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and coach development teams.
  • Interest in staying up to date with Agile methodologies and evolving platform practices.
  • Fluency in French and English.
