Key Responsibilities
- Organize governance meetings (Steering Committees, Operational Committees, weekly meetings)

Specific Requirements
- Experience in PMO activities in large financial institutions (>1000 employees)
- Strong knowledge of program management techniques and agile methodologies
- Experience preparing presentations for senior management
- Proficiency in English
Mandatory Experience – Intermediate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management
- Experience supporting PMO activities in large organizations
- Experience preparing presentations and governance documentation
- Experience using collaboration and reporting tools such as Jira, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
