Key Responsibilities

  • Organize governance meetings (Steering Committees, Operational Committees, weekly meetings)
  • Produce bi‑weekly project status reports for senior management
  • Prepare presentations and reporting materials for governance bodies
  • Track deliverables, risks, issues, and program dependencies
  • Organize stakeholder workshops and information sessions

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Profile)

  • Lead the PMO team and supervise the Project Manager Intermediate
  • Ensure quality and consistency of reporting and program documentation
  • Be accountable for PMO deliverables

Specific Requirements

  • Experience in PMO activities in large financial institutions (>1000 employees)
  • Strong knowledge of program management techniques and agile methodologies
  • Experience preparing presentations for senior management
  • Proficiency in English

Mandatory Experience – Intermediate

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management
  • Experience supporting PMO activities in large organizations
  • Experience preparing presentations and governance documentation
  • Experience using collaboration and reporting tools such as Jira, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
