Overview

The IT department delivers technology solutions supporting business operations and services across different fund types, including mutual funds, ETFs and alternative funds.

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering IT projects within the agreed scope, timeline and budget. The role involves coordinating business and IT teams, ensuring projects are well planned, executed and reported according to project methodology and business objectives.

The role also includes managing change projects, requiring both an IT background and a good understanding of business needs. This involves coordinating several small changes simultaneously, so strong organisation and a structured way of working are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from planning to delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Manage and track multiple small change projects at the same time.
• Monitor project risks, issues and progress, and report to management.
• Ensure proper governance, planning and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• IT background with understanding of business processes.
• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Well organised, structured and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is a plus.
• Fluent English required; other languages are an advantage.
