AI Driven Software Engineer

Tasks

• Develop production ready software using modern engineering principes such as TDD, containers, CI/CD, and automated deployments
• Work directly with client on-site as an Agentic Engineer, refine requirements, build in rapid iterations (hours instead of days), and present results live to stakeholders
• Collaborate side by side with AI-agents (such as Claude Code, Copilot or custom assistants) to enhance quality, speed, and creativity throughout the development lifecycle
• Apply the Agentic Engineering mindset of lean, adaptive, and focused on measurable impact
• Move seamlessly between technologies and environments, learn quickly, and solve complex challenges across different domains

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven Software Engineering, Application Development or Software Development experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Dutch
