What do we do?

VWFS Porto is a VWFS AG IT hub, and the first outside Germany. Here we will establish a long-term Business & IT company. Our primary goal is to service all European markets in implementing and maintaining contract management systems and another IT projects in other areas. Our focus is on: Core systems, satellite systems (such as document management systems, collection systems) but also extends to integrations, data, and large project organizations. For this we seek a hands-on Cybersecurity specialist with focus on IT-Applications development best practices.

Objectives:

Identity and Access Management Support Specialist.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Advanced IAM Governance Consulting

· Detailed and profound IAM consulting for special focus topics

· IAM Strategy (analysis of current situation and orientation to create a local strategy to implement IAM, its goals, roles and processes)

·How to close gaps (support on identifying gaps in the IAM processes before the audit takes place – what could the market do better?) Searching for gaps + advising on how to close them

Conception and implementation of business role model, segregation of duties approach, Identity lifecycle, automation etc.

Intense consulting & training (taskforce mode)

IAM Audit Support

· Gap analysis incl. audit preparation (GAP analysis towards IT-Standards)

· Consulting for identified gaps/ open findings incl. plan for audit remediation

· Audit closure consulting (QA on deliverables etc.)

Continuous governance consulting on expert level

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

· Detailed or at least 5 years of experience in the implementation and further development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance

· Knowledge of the regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA) and experience of how to implement them in practice

· Deep conceptual experience (process creation, implementation & management; ICS, etc.)

· Advanced presentation skills (orientation on target group, incl. C-level)

· Profound experience in auditing

· Business fluent in English

· Good/Fluent German desirable, but optional

· Comprehensive expertise in best practices frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, CISA, etc.)

· Certification on best practices frameworks is a plus

· Complete university studies in computer science or any equivalent

· Speaks and writes English fluently (At least B2 level).
