Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to lead and coordinate multiple digital projects across different platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring

projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives. If you have a knack for problem-solving, managing service providers, and a deep understanding of project

management methodologies, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Leverage Agile, Scrum, and SDLC to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, service providers).
Serve as the main stakeholder contact, providing regular status updates and resolving issues.
Ensure cross-departmental collaboration to align with business priorities.

Risk Management & Optimization

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Optimize resources, deliverables, and timelines for efficiency.
Align projects with strategic goals and KPIs.

Reporting & Documentation

Generate reports and presentations to update stakeholders on progress and risks.
Maintain thorough documentation for knowledge transfer and improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master certification, or similar is highly desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital projects, including experience in all phases of project development.
Demonstrable success in handling projects involving external service providers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with software development teams and understanding the complexities of digital project lifecycles.
Project Management Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, and Kanban.
Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong in team leadership, task delegation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Risk & Change Management: Experienced in risk identification and adapting to shifting

priorities for timely project delivery.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders and clients.
Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with a focus on improving processes and overcoming challenges.
Time Management: Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
