We are hiring a Web Design Integration Consultant
About The Role
We are looking for a Web Designer to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!
You will act as the team’s software designer for our customer engagement platform solutions covering web applications and mobile apps design activities. A typical day for such person will include analysis of business needs, creating proposals for web design, aligned with company standards, and producing all necessary design assets required for software development, engaging with final users, product managers/owners and software engineers.
This person should have a good understanding of Design System Management: Create, develop and maintain the Digital Design System and UI component library, ensuring all components are accessible, reusable for use by development teams.
We expect this person to have a successful background in Digital Product Design and to have strong skills in Product and UX Design. A blend of UX Design, Product Strategy, Service Design, and UI Design skills is a big advantage.

About The Role
We are looking for a Web Designer to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!
You will act as the team’s software designer for our customer engagement platform solutions covering web applications and mobile apps design activities. A typical day for such person will include analysis of business needs, creating proposals for web design, aligned with company standards, and producing all necessary design assets required for software development, engaging with final users, product managers/owners and software engineers.

The Skills

- Minimum of five years of experience in web design and knowledge of UI/UX.
- Strong experience in software design principles, user interfaces, and user experience best practices.
- User Interface Design: Design and prototype UI mock-ups and components for web platforms and digital assets.
- Proven experience creating interactive prototypes in Figma to validate design.
- Leverage UX principles to optimize experience.
- Strong understanding of web design integration into code.
- Good knowledge in HTML and CSS.
- Design Architecture Awareness: Demonstrated ability to organize and structure digital web content within a Design system architecture.
- Preference to work in an agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with product and development teams.
- Fluent in English.
