Job Title: IT Project/Program Manager - HR Systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced IT Program / Project Manager to lead large, complex, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role will focus on driving strategic programs, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise HR and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT programs and multiple projects aligned with business strategy
• Drive M&A integration programs and HR IT / Payroll system implementations
• Manage Workday or similar enterprise HR system implementations
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and delivery success
• Establish program governance, reporting, and performance tracking
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and global delivery teams
• Promote Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across delivery teams
• Mentor project managers and support high-performing cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 10–15 years of total experience with 6–10 years in IT program/project leadership
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience with M&A programs, HR IT, Payroll systems, and Workday (or similar)
• Experience managing global teams and leading IT workstreams
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or similar tools
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred
