Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced IT Program / Project Manager to lead large, complex, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role will focus on driving strategic programs, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise HR and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale IT programs and multiple projects aligned with business strategy
- Drive M&A integration programs and HR IT / Payroll system implementations
- Manage Workday or similar enterprise HR system implementations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and delivery success
- Establish program governance, reporting, and performance tracking
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and global delivery teams
- Promote Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across delivery teams
- Mentor project managers and support high-performing cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 10–15 years of total experience with 6–10 years in IT program/project leadership
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience with M&A programs, HR IT, Payroll systems, and Workday (or similar)
- Experience managing global teams and leading IT workstreams
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or similar tools
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred
