What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, Delivery/Program Management, and Scrum Master roles, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency with project and delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
• Ability to generate status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Budgeting and cost control capabilities; resource forecasting and variance analysis
• Strong servant-leadership style, with mentoring and coaching capabilities
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Fluency in French

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
