Job Title: Full Stack Developer (AI-First)

Our team helps ambitious brands scale, and were increasingly focused on building internal tools, automation layers, intelligence systems, and AI-powered products that drastically improve business operations. We are not interested in using AI in a superficial way—were creating an AI-native agency model where intelligent systems enhance internal workflows, data visibility, decision-making, execution speed, and product capabilities.

What Success Looks Like:

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Build Scalable Systems: Develop modern full-stack applications, covering frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Integrate AI: Use Claude Code and other AI tools to drive faster development and smarter workflows.
  • Prototype New Ideas: Experiment with new products and features, quickly prototyping and refining the best ideas into production systems.
  • Automate Workflows: Develop AI-first workflows and automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to identify high-leverage areas where AI and software can have the biggest impact.


Your Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development

  • Frontend Development: Build modern, scalable front-end applications using frameworks like React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Backend Development: Develop backend systems with Node.js, Python, and scalable system designs.
  • System Design: Design and implement APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to power applications.


2. AI Integration

  • Claude Code Utilization: Use Claude Code extensively to speed up software development, including building, debugging, refactoring, and exploring architecture.
  • AI-First Tools: Build AI-powered utilities and tools that integrate seamlessly into business processes.


3. Product and System Innovation

  • Automation: Automate internal processes, including data workflows, and build agent-based systems to reduce manual work.
  • AI Copilots: Create AI assistants and intelligent interfaces that help internal and external users improve productivity.
  • Prototyping: Rapidly prototype new product ideas and features, then refine the most promising ones into production-ready systems.


4. Collaboration & Experimentation

  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner with leadership to identify opportunities where AI and software can create leverage and deliver value.
  • Tool and Model Experimentation: Stay on the cutting edge by experimenting with new AI models, tools, and frameworks.


What Were Looking For:

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Experience with modern frontend tools like React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar.
  • Strong backend experience using Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, and scalable system design.
  • Proficiency with Claude Code for building, debugging, and optimizing software.
  • A genuine obsession with AI, emerging tools, and the future of software development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving team.
  • Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and solve complex problems with minimal direction.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
  • Familiarity with building agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or tool-calling systems.
  • Experience building internal platforms, analytics systems, or automation tools.
  • Startup or high-performance agency experience.
  • Experience shipping software quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
