We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high impact team focused on the design, development, and operation of modern Observability and Cloud Services.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines a strong technical background with a genuine passion for people development. You will play a key role in shaping both the team and the technical direction of critical platform services, helping build reliable, scalable, and sustainable solutions used in complex cloud environments.

What you will be doing

• Lead, support, and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow in line with their strengths, potential, and career aspirations
• Contribute to hiring and team growth by identifying and attracting the right talent
• Own the engineering delivery of observability related services, covering design, build, provisioning, operations, and continuous improvement
• Drive system design quality, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and operationally robust
• Stay close to the technology, reviewing code and helping maintain high standards around quality, maintainability, and correctness
• Partner closely with stakeholders and internal customers to understand needs and translate them into technical direction
• Help define the technical vision of the product and actively contribute to roadmap decisions
• Ensure services evolve with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and long term maintainability

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast moving and technically complex environments
• A people-first leadership style, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and enabling others to perform at their best
• Solid hands-on background in software engineering, with strong exposure to Golang and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of modern cloud environments and service-oriented architectures
• Previous experience working on Cloud Services, Platform Services, and ideally Observability-related products or systems
• Confidence in code reviews and technical discussions, with the ability to challenge and support engineering decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping a clear strategic view
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Business fluent English is required
