We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas and user needs into effective design solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Optimize user experiences based on feedback, testing, and data insights.
• Participate in product discussions and propose design improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color, and layout.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects is preferred.
