This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager focused on DeFi protocols. You will own the design, evolution, and optimisation of decentralised finance products, ensuring they meet market expectations and user needs. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, analysing market and competitive trends, gathering and prioritising user requirements, defining product roadmaps, and coordinating delivery with engineering. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape product strategy, define clear success metrics, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Product Management: Demonstrated experience in product strategy, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and roadmap ownership for technical products.
• DeFi Knowledge: Solid understanding of decentralised finance, blockchain infrastructure, and smart contract basics.
• Analytics: Ability to read market signals, use data to inform decisions, and define KPIs that measure product performance.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven track record collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum setups, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at tackling complex problems and delivering pragmatic, user-centric solutions.
• Nice to have: Background in finance, fintech, or DeFi, and experience with user research, discovery, or market validation techniques.

Base Salary: €190,000-€210,000 annually

End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary
