🚀 Build the next generation of AI-powered assistants

We’re looking for a Conversational AI Engineer who wants to design and build intelligent conversational experiences using modern Generative AI and Conversational AI platforms.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, product development, and system integration, helping transform business processes and customer experiences with AI-powered assistants, automation, and smart workflows.

You will have the opportunity to experiment, prototype, and bring AI solutions into production, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered conversational assistants and chatbots
• Work with Conversational AI platforms to create scalable enterprise solutions
• Develop prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase AI capabilities
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and internal platforms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to bring AI features into real products
• Define and promote best practices for Conversational AI development
• Evaluate AI technologies and platforms to help guide technical decisions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with a Conversational AI platform (mandatory) such as: Cognigy, Kore.ai, Druid AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar
• Experience with Python is a strong plus
• Experience working with AI cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Machine Learning or Generative AI frameworks
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and scalable services
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with a DevOps mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience building enterprise virtual assistants
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures
• Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or customer support platforms
