Microsoft Switzerland is seeking a highly organized and driven Program Manager – Enterprise Partner Solutions to support partner‑related programs, operational processes, and cross‑functional initiatives. This role acts as a central coordination point between internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure operational excellence across partner enablement, partner events, and SAP deal support.

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and can manage multiple high‑visibility workstreams simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Management: Own and manage requirements, plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and structured documentation across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support managers and business owners; align with cross‑team stakeholders (EPS, SME&C, partners) and ensure timely communication, reporting, and handovers.
  • Partner Enablement & Readiness: Coordinate enablement activities, track partner engagement, support incentive and readiness programs, and manage related communication and follow‑ups.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute end‑to‑end partner events (Townhalls, Partner Days, enablement sessions), including agendas, speakers, logistics, timelines, and post‑event reporting.
  • Operational & Financial Processes: Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for partner programs and vendor engagements; maintain structured tracking and compliance documentation.
  • SAP Deal Support: Coordinate SAP‑related deal processes (registrations, ECIF, referrals, MACC tracking, timelines, documentation); ensure alignment between Microsoft, partners, and customers; follow up on missing information and deadlines.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Multiple years’ experience in program or project management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in software/technology/cloud services; understanding of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment managing several workstreams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, trackers).
  • Advantage: experience with deal tracking, financial workflows, and compliance‑driven processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
