Senior Project Manager - Process Governance and Interfaces

Malmo - Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in the office

About the assignment

• The assignment will be carried out in 2026 with an external consultant in close collaboration with the customers management, process owners and key personnel.
• The work will be carried out with the possibility of hybrid work within Sweden.

Assignment background

• We are implementing a strategic change project in 2026 with the aim of establishing and implementing a common and clear process governance structure in line with group-wide working methods, especially the Process Operating Model (PrOM).
• The project covers the company's eight main processes and focuses on clear roles, responsibilities, interfaces between processes and anchoring and implementation in the line organization.

Purpose of the assignment

• The purpose of the assignment is to set and implement a common process governance model for the company, ensure clear roles and responsibilities according to PrOM, create consensus on how the main processes interact and support the organization in the transition from projects to line operations.

Expected delivery

• An implementation plan converted into practical implementation and measurable goals to ensure that the implementation is actually carried out.
• Documented processes and roles for 8 main processes, their interfaces, measurement that governance and processes work according to the established model.
• Support and training material to explain the new process structure in the company and the connection to the group's model. How measurement should be done to ensure that the new process model works in practice.
• Compilation of completed assignments

Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and run the project according to the established project plan and schedule.
• Coordinate work between the project group, steering group and ENLT.
• Develop and anchor the process governance structure and implementation plan.
• Ensure coordination with PrOM, BizDevOps and other ongoing initiatives.
• Manage risks, documentation and decision log.
• Prepare decision support and presentations.

Competence and experience – Must have:

• Documented experience of major change and operational projects.
• Solid competence in process development and process governance.
• Experience of complex organizations and management-related work.
• Good communication skills.
