- Experienced Senior SD-WAN Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in large-scale Versa SD-WAN environments.
- Designing, operating, and optimizing a global SD-WAN infrastructure supporting over 700 sites, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Operate, maintain, and continuously improve a large-scale Versa SD-WAN environment spanning more than 700 global locations.
- Ensure network reliability, high performance, and strong security across the SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Apply advanced networking knowledge including IPSEC, VXLAN, MPLS, MP-BGP, BGP, OSPF, QoS, and TCP/IP architecture to design and optimize network solutions.
- Utilize network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools to proactively identify and resolve performance or connectivity issues.
- Design and implement modernized network architectures that support scalability, service improvements, and cost optimization within the SD-WAN environment.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional troubleshooting efforts with infrastructure, application, and security teams to resolve critical incidents.
- Drive continuous improvements in SD-WAN design, configuration, and operational performance to enhance end-user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, service providers, and technology vendors to ensure effective network operations and project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network architecture diagrams, configuration standards, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
