Full Stack Developer (Go/React)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a team responsible for building and developing a modern corporate webstore and self-service portal used by business customers. The project focuses on delivering new digital services and improving the overall customer and user experience in both assisted and self-service sales channels.

This role combines full-stack development with DevOps responsibilities, working in a modern cloud environment and contributing to a high-quality, scalable digital platform.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain features for the corporate webstore and self-service platforms
• Work across the full stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development
• Participate in DevOps activities, including deployment and automation
• Ensure high quality of the code through unit testing, performance optimization, and secure development practices
• Collaborate closely with the team in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Contribute ideas for improvements and new solutions
• Support and mentor junior team members

Must-have skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong ability to work and communicate in English
• Proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude
• Experience with modern technologies, including:
• React
• TypeScript
• Golang
• Node.js
• MariaDB
• ElasticSearch
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• AWS or GCP
• GitHub Actions
• Practical experience using AI tools in development (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
• Experience with unit testing, secure coding practices, and performance optimization

Nice to have

• Experience building customer-facing user interfaces
• Telecom industry knowledge
• Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture
• Experience working with public or private cloud environments
• Experience experimenting with new technologies and ideas
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum (Scrum Master experience is a plus)
• Experience integrating with Salesforce APIs
• Knowledge of Web Analytics (GA4)
