Full Stack Developer (Go/React)
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a team responsible for building and developing a modern corporate webstore and self-service portal used by business customers. The project focuses on delivering new digital services and improving the overall customer and user experience in both assisted and self-service sales channels.
This role combines full-stack development with DevOps responsibilities, working in a modern cloud environment and contributing to a high-quality, scalable digital platform.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain features for the corporate webstore and self-service platforms
- Work across the full stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development
- Participate in DevOps activities, including deployment and automation
- Ensure high quality of the code through unit testing, performance optimization, and secure development practices
- Collaborate closely with the team in an Agile (Scrum) environment
- Contribute ideas for improvements and new solutions
- Support and mentor junior team members
Must-have skills
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong ability to work and communicate in English
- Proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude
- Experience with modern technologies, including:
- React
- TypeScript
- Golang
- Node.js
- MariaDB
- ElasticSearch
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- AWS or GCP
- GitHub Actions
- Practical experience using AI tools in development (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
- Experience with unit testing, secure coding practices, and performance optimization
Nice to have
- Experience building customer-facing user interfaces
- Telecom industry knowledge
- Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture
- Experience working with public or private cloud environments
- Experience experimenting with new technologies and ideas
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum (Scrum Master experience is a plus)
- Experience integrating with Salesforce APIs
- Knowledge of Web Analytics (GA4)
