HR Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.

This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Managing Employee Lifecycle processes (onboarding, employment contracts, work certificates, and offboarding) to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintaining and updating HR systems (SAP) and databases to ensure high data accuracy and quality, while generating reports as needed.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on employee data management, policies, and processes, providing guidance to HR Business Partners, Managers, and Employees.
- Driving process excellence and recommending improvements, supporting the implementation of enhancements for greater efficiency and collaboration.
- You are highly skilled in working within an HR Shared Services environment and enjoy supporting customers in a dynamic, service-oriented organization.
- You have experience in a similar HR Operations or Shared Services role (junior candidates may also be considered for a Junior Specialist position).
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of HR systems such as SAP and Workday, along with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
- You are at ease communicating in English (fluent) and proficient in Spanish.
- You are passionate about collaboration and are innovative around teamwork and adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized approach.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
