Your Role:

Our technology organization is scaling rapidly as we continue to expand our fintech platform and payment solutions. We are looking for a Agile Delivery Lead who will lead the adoption and standardization of Agile practices across our technology teams.

We’re looking for a Agile Delivery Lead that will;

• Lead the Agile transformation across technology and product teams, driving adoption of Agile mindset, principles and best practices
• Establish and standardize Agile frameworks, delivery governance and execution standards across the organization
• Coach development teams, Product Owners and leaders to improve collaboration, ownership and delivery effectiveness
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams continuously improve their ways of working
• Design and optimize Jira and Confluence workflows, boards, documentation and reporting structures
• Define, track and improve key delivery metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time and Throughput
• Support cross-team planning, dependency management and delivery forecasting to ensure predictable execution
• Partner with product, engineering and leadership teams to align roadmap priorities, delivery plans and strategic initiatives

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
• 6+ years of experience in software development environments
• At least 4+ years of experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master or Agile transformation roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS or similar)
• Strong project and delivery management capabilities with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams
• Experience working in fintech, payment systems, or other regulated financial environments is highly preferred
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in using Jira and Confluence for Agile workflow management, minimum reporting and collaboration
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern delivery practices
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Agile coaching certifications such as ICP-ACC or similar
