Job Description:

Must-Have

• End to End understanding on Card lifecycle and Card Management System

• Implementation Experience of New Card Management System

Good-to-Have • UAE Banking experience

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Minimum 7 – 10 years of overall experience in IT sector. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and conducting workshops with multiple stakeholders.

2 In-Depth experience with Issuer, Acquirer processes, Payment interface, PCI DSS, regulations

3 Experience with Product configurations, Payments, Channels and customer journeys involved

4 Strong stakeholder management capabilities with hands on experience in documenting Business Requirement documents, Process flows, Data specifications, prototyping.

5 Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations with good application knowledge on Banking functions, Card features, PPI, card configurations, Account configurations, end to end processing of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards.

6 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and must have a good experience in Reporting, Vendor team interaction, Central Bank communications. Able to provide Testing support, UAT support, review, clarify IT queries.

7 Able to clearly articulate the Credit card / Debit card design, systems and processes through experience gained in the prior projects. Recall trends, obsolete processes and interfaces.

8 Knowledge of Islamic banking (Sharia Principle), Regulatory project experience like FATCA, CRS, AML, KYC will be an added advantage.
