Job Description:
The role focuses on process design, analysis, and optimization for complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring consulting or in-house experience, leverage BPM tools such as ARIS, and actively facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive process improvements.
· Minimum 7+ years of experience in process analysis, process re-engineering, or process consulting, preferably in the banking / financial services domain
· Strong hands-on experience with ARIS BPM tools
· Proven ability to run and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders
· Experience working in large, complex global enterprises or consulting environments
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured process solutions
· Support the end-to-end workflow to model, release and publish business processes
· Document processes in a form of a BPMN diagram, based on existing process documentation (work instructions, manuals, desktop procedures) and discussion outcomes
· Maintain transparency on the status of processes (design and rollout status)
